I'm 5'2 138lbs carry my weight around my stomach area. Amazon is always suggesting I buy Large. I ignore that now & went with a Medium in these RevolutionRace RVRC GP Pro Pants W in Cactus Green. My hip/seat measurement is just under 40 inches. So I like these pants but I like the RaceRevolution RVCV GP Pants better! That's the non "Pro" edition. I ordered both.Since I carry my weight around my midsection I'm feeling a little bit pinched in by these. Just slightly & wish the elastic in the back around the waist just gave me a little bit more room to wiggle. (The non "Pro" regular GP Pants by RevolutionRace give me that extra wiggle room in the waist tho you should check them out as well)Obviously these are a boss looking pant! Lots of pockets too... just a quality piece at under $100 they are a great value. They are rather long I'll have them tailored to fit my short legs but that's what I do with most pants that aren't petite. You could tuck them under with no problem they are sturdy enough to stay tucked under. Love how on-trend they look.I typically wear:10 Petite - Lee Straight Leg pant6 Short - Croft & Borrow Kohls jean8 - Lululemon bottomsI love these pants. I would say the sizing is true. I am 5'3", 127lbs and the small was perfect.I keep these high quality pants because I love them. I should have probably returned for a b igger size, they were a bit snug.. but the craftsmanship is top notch and i wear them whenever I am going for a hike. Probably size up.Tough pants that protected well in a tactical setting. Only complaint is that their sizing is slightly off, I would suggest ordering a size down.1) I'm curvy with thick legs and a long inseam 2) I have an hour glass shape 3) I destroy rugged clothing. I've worn these for a few days at a time, hiking several miles each day, in 95+ degree heat, and in awful terrain/ground cover. I never noticed tell-tale sweat retention or any kind of moisture issues, including after a rain storm. The leg snaps and vents seemed like they may rub or cause friction burns but I was blissfully unaware of them once I got moving. No burns or marks. I've probably logged 20 miles off trail in them and there zero sign of the briars, scree, or debris I was plowing through and over. I would not have believed it when I put them on, they do not pull down at the back when I squat or move around. After the first wash, they were even more giving and fit better. As far as appearance, I've returned several similar pairs over the years because they were clearly men's pants with lady labels. These are 100% not men's pants. The legs are roomier and the band stretches to fit more body types. The thigh and seat also have some give, which also keeps these cool. The vent is actually a vent and really nice when wearing gators. It's also not so obvious as to attract attention in uniform mandatory settings. I got the green and black for SAR and will likely be ordering another pair for recreation. I do wish the legs were just a tiny bit looser at the thigh, but I cannot complain. They are flattering and the pockets are real pockets. I can fit a phone or field notebook in them. Use the size chart.Per precious reviews, it was suggested to buy one size up, I’m a medium and ordered large, it fits perfect. Very comfortable and they look very nice on. Great for hiking, biking or just to wear.Hey y’all. I’m 5’4” (64cm) and weigh about 172lbs. Initially ordered an XL based on the size chart but had to return and get a 2XL, which made me feel lovely LOL, since I’ve never bought a 2XL in my life. But-these are European sizes. The 2XL is US 33”-34” waist which makes sense. They’re too long but everything I wear is, so I’m used to that. Super durable material and badass look!!Way too small - I ordered 2 sizes up and they were still too small - the XXXL is similar to a US size 12-14. Not made for women with other than thin thighs, and no stretch.Quality seems good and rugged, but sizing is not U.S. standard.Happy with the quality but the sizing is way off. Massive on my hips and bum, and fits my legs! I measured my seat according to the measurements as well but not happy with the sizing.
